RADAN ZUGAR, MD

Radan Zugar, MD, has been working as a specialized practitioner at the Eye Dept. of the Regional Hospital in Kolín since 2002.

He has started working in the Eye Centre Prague in 2011 as a specialized doctor and in September of the same year he has been appointed the senior doctor.

MUDr. Radan Zugar is engaged in cataract surgery; yearly he performs more than 1,000 surgeries. He deals with retina treatment, applies anti-VEGF preparations and leads the glaucoma advisory. He takes part of the specialized ophthalmological congresses every year, where he gives lectures as well. He is the author or co-author of more than 40 professional internal works and one foreign contribution. He is the head of OS ČLK in Kolin and a member of the Czech Ophthalmology Association, the Czech Glaucoma Association and the Czech Refractive and Cataract surgery.
