This service is intended exclusively for existing patients of Eye Centre Prague with health insurance in the Czech Republic. For faster processing, we recommend requesting prescriptions for all medications you are currently taking at the same time. The ePrescription will be sent via SMS to the phone number listed in the patient’s medical record.
