Surgery in installments without interest
Do you want to get rid of glasses and contact lenses, but the investment for the surgery is financially challenging for you? At Eye Centre Prague, we have a solution for you in the form of SURGERY IN INSTALLMENTS WITHOUT INTEREST.
Conditions for surgery in installments without interest
Applicant
- Must be over 18 years old,
- Must be a citizen of the Czech Republic with permanent residence in the Czech Republic,
- Must have a stable income that can be documented.
When signing the contract, the applicant must provide:
- Identity card,
- A second ID – driver's license, passport, or health insurance card,
- Proof of income issued and confirmed by the employer for the last 6 months (if employed) or income from dependent activity for the last 12 months (in the case of self-employed individuals),
- A certificate proving the applicant's creditworthiness, i.e., an extract from the SOLUS registry (www.solus.cz) or a certificate of debt clearance from CERD (Central Debtors Registry of the Czech Republic - http://www.centralniregistrdluzniku.cz). This certificate costs between 150-200 CZK and is paid by the client.
Installments

No later than one week before the procedure, the applicant must pay at least 50% of the total cost of the procedure in the case of refractive surgery or 50% of the procedure cost in the case of laser surgery (correction of farsightedness, nearsightedness, astigmatism), either in cash on-site, by card on-site, or via bank transfer, with the amount credited to the account of Eye Centre Prague, a.s., no later than one week before the procedure.

The remaining amount must be paid by the client in regular monthly installments within a maximum period of 1 year from the procedure date (i.e., a maximum of 12 installments), transferred to the bank account of Eye Centre Prague, a.s.
